My name is Frances Genenncher
I'm a career coach and passionate about serving ambitious people to align with their brightest career goals. I help my clients get clear on what career path will light them up and with my holistic approach help them create a career they love and that positively influences their life in general.
With my background in Human Resources and formal coaching training, I work one-on-one with my clients giving both practical support for the job application and interview process as well as creating the mindset for success and fulfilment going forward.

'This service offers different options. You may wish to have guidance of creating your own covering letter or prefer an evaluation of your existing covering letter, or you may prefer editing of your existing covering letter. If you’re applying for a government role and need to address selection criteria as part of your covering letter, you also have the option of getting guidance on how to produce this piece of work or you want your work evaluated or edited.
